[sdiy] pocket-sized DSO

This is a Chinese brand, right? I keep seeing these "no name" brands of cheap digital scopes, Rigol, Uni_T, OWON, Instek, ATTEN, AitdTek, etc. and I wonder if they're any good compared to "major" brands. A lot of them seem to be either re-brands of the same model or blatant copies of Tektronix designs. I sort of consider that DSOs, at least the ones I've used, don't really get to be worthwhile until they're quite expensive (TDS 3034, for instance). I'd be interested to see if these are really usable for their price, or just cheap garbage with overstated specs.
