[cheater cheater]

You *can* have a 'more moderated' list on pipermail.
One list I am on has its frequent users unmoderated, but the new guys
who sign up are first moderated until they 'prove' themselves.

That's much better than going to Yahoo and having to have someone
click a checkbox next to every single message before it makes it to
the list.
