Well, it's pretty much the same as the pitch to cv/gate in the MS20,
which good enough to use as an emergency midi-cv convertor to
drive a MS20 (just run the midi into a rompler flute & the audio into
the MS20)
I'm sure Harry's would be better & work over a wider range without tuning 
the filter.
