Probably many microscopes you can find on a garden sale. They'll be
good enough. We only need maybe 10x-20x.

Once you have one you'll use it quite often as it can take photos from feet
away as well as microinches...
But I wouldn't set one up to help me see things soldering. A stereo
microscope gives you better depth of field/focus, and is just plain waaaay
better even if you get one made in China or India... Go for a stereo too.
To solder you need a distance from the pcb only "goggles" or a stereo
microscope gives you.
Those garden sale scopes might be ok for looking at pond scum but probably
have 3mm focus distance from the objective...
