[sdiy] repair spring reverb tank

Actually they aren't too bad to deal with -- I got a relatively small 
quantity (50 units) of the mini tanks like doepfer use and it was a very 
smooth affair -- easy contact, paypal invoice, goods shipped within two 
weeks by courier = smiles! Still haven't gotten around to using the 
tanks but... someday
