[sdiy] repair spring reverb tank

Unfortunately I think that's a case of buy-a-new-one.. spring-tanks are 
amazing bits of engineering, but they don't lend themselves well to 
repair from what I can see.
Still, one spring would do something..
Were you pulling the springs too hard?!
