According to this Forum entry it should still be available on the FTP site of JDR:

[At the moment the server seems to be down...]

Subject: [sdiy] MCT-EPROM programmer
I have an old MCT-EPROM programmer from JDR. This is a 28 pin EPROM
programmer that JDR sold and discontinued. I have the original utility disk
but it is a 5 and 1/4 inch floppy that looks a bit warped. All my drives of
this size are long dead and I doubt that the disk is readable.
I am wondering if anyone might have a copy of the utility files, I checked
the JDR site but the only place they might have a copy would be their ftp
section and that appears to be offline. Searching the web if found a few
drivers but they are for later models.
Any help would be appreciated,
- Jerry
