Um... while this most probably doesn't work as drawn, it would be fun to
get it working. Notice how the three 4069UB is used in three entirely
different ways:

The CV-ADSR aspect was accidental, I was only attempting an ADSR design.
This is one of those rise from the bed and turn the computer on ideas.
