[sdiy] 3-conductor + shield cable recommendo

Maplin and DV - great, i'm in the USA.

it's very telling that if i google for "4 core audio cable" all the 
links are in the UK. and searching on ebay for the same brings up one 
seller who is... in the UK.

searching for 3 core on ebay brings up people selling silver core 
cable for $6 a foot. the only sensible link is... in the UK.

so it looks like i'm either lashing together 2 lots of 1pr, or 
cutting down 2pr. could be worse i suppose...
