Oh, and I agree with Derek. Get some sleep. Take a break. Go for a  
long walk. Cook a meal for your wife/girlfriend/cat. Whatever, just  
do something else.

When you come back to it, you might see something different or spot  
the glaring error that was staring you in the face all along (my own  
personal favourite).
If that doesn't work, repeat until it does.

And don't get down about it - we've all been there/are still there now.
