[sdiy] CMOS Switch as VCA?

Hello List,

Inspired by the discussion here, I designed a VCA 
using CD4016 where only an NMOS in a transfer gate is used.

Unfortunately, it requires an unbuffered 4016, but I don't have one.
The schematic shows just the idea of trick, though it is tested on LTspice.

It has CV feedthrough with temperature drift.  Don't expect high performance.  
I'd add DC feedback to reduce CV feedthrough.
