[sdiy] Capacitor Question

*** Warning Newbie Question ***

I'm trying to rebuild a guitar amp a friend gave me (peavey classic vtx) and I ran across something I've never seen before.

In the power supply there is a reference to two .01 uf capacitors with a rating of DVL versus a rating of, say 50V. Every other capacitor has an actual voltage rating except for these two. Can anyone please help me understand what this means and what kind of part I am looking for?

And to ensure that this is on topic..... well, I'm planning on running my synths through this beast as it has a very nice analog effects section and I am DIY'ing the repairs and modifications to it :)
