[sdiy] Simple, single supply VCA

I'd suggest something based on the 13700, which works well on a  
single supply. I've used it at 9V in stompbox applications without  
any problems.

If the fact there are two amps in the chip is a problem, you might  
manage something similar with the CA3080, but I can't vouch for that.
