"You know how to fume extract, don't you, Karl? You just put your lips together 
and... blow"  ;-)

This is DIY: just make your own. Get some filter material used for small paint 
booths and a small fan. Slap something together. Then take pictures and show 
everyone your handy work.

Or you could use my preferred method: Purse your lips and exhale in the
general direction of the soldering tip occasionally.  :)
