It could be that the mod-pot wheel is problematic and that you are hearing
it the pitch only because the filter and PWM does not reveal the issue the
way that pitch does.  Often, some CV changes on filters are quite subtle.
We are, after all, exquisitely sensitive to pitch.  Turn up the resonance on
the P600 with keyboard tracking at full, turn off the Osc waveforms and see
if you get the same wackiness in the pitch.
