Yeah, those 1.5KE diodes that Steve mentioned for example.

Alternatively, put a Schottky bridge rectifier on the input and then
the module will work whichever way round you hook up the supply.  You
only lose approx. 400mV per rail, so should be fine on 12V systems too
(unless a module design uses rails as references... *yuck*)
