Exactly, i bet the Korgs Monome selles better then this.

Big analog polys are for a limited public, Amazona even
refers to Uli Behringer as a possible manufacturer but
Uli said once in a interview that any product selling
less then 10K are serious bad business for them.

10K would be a wast number of units for a small firm like
DSI, Moog but selling at a price 1000 would be a disaster
for them. 

And how many would regard a analog poly made by Beringer
as quality item? This is problematic question marketing wise!
