You could always DIY one (given enough time):

and many others are out there, I'm sure. I would think something like
this would be nice to have for a few prototypes and DIY stuff.
Wouldn't want to rely on one for production though. No solder mask, no
silkscreen, etc. Also, having it be able to run off Gerbers would be a
must.
