Hi David,
If the sequencer was stopped (or not receiving a clock signal) and you
pressed a set button, that set button would be stored and the sequencer
would go to that step immediately on the sequencer starting or receiving
a clock pulse. The only downside here is that there is no indication of
what step will be next from the step LED's, other than that I think it
achieves what you mentioned above. Anyhow, I could add a global
"immediate set" switch.
