Just DIY one...
Strip the PVC outer insulation and moulded socket off a standard IEC mains
cable, plait the conductors together like this:

then shrink wrap the whole thing and fit a new 13A plug.
I did this, and my hi-fi gear now sounds like angels are kissing my ears.
The results were so beneficial, I did the same thing to the cord on my
dishwasher.
Now my plates are more rounded, and have more defined patterns, and my
glasses are clearer than ever.
Next up - the Dyson. Cant wait to see what this will do for my carpets.
