[sdiy] Salt Lake Area Modular (SLAM!) meeting

Hello gang,

Sorry for the short notice, but it took a while to get the appropriate
bits in place to make the announcement. As such, The inaugural SLC
Modular / Zion Curtain Synthesis Group meetup will be taking place on
September 4th, 2010 in Sandy at the Whitmore Library auditorium from
10:30AM to 4PM.

Whitmore Library is located at 2197 East Fort Union Boulevard, Sany,
UT 84121. The auditorium is located in the basement, and we will have
tables for everyone to set up on. I haven't locked down a PA system
yet, so if anyone wants to volunteer and bring some speakers that
would be awesome. I have a 16-channel Bear-rink-er line mixer, so we
will have plenty of channels to sum to.

Everyone that can and wants to should bring some or all of their
modular setup so we can exchange ideas, expand our knowledge and
compare the merits of who's is bigger. ;-) Those who can't bring a
modular will be briefly pitied, then heartily invited to play with the
other toys.

Please RSVP to me no later than next Thursday (September 2nd), and let
me know what you're bringing so I can arrange appropriate space for
everyone.
