[sdiy] Spin Semicon FV1 Project in Sept Elektor

This chip has had a solid following at the diystompboxes.com forum.
Some intrepid digital stompbox hobbyists who have been relative
beginners have made their entry into DSP with this product. The chip
is pre programmed to do your usual reverbs and such but can be
programmed to do strange things.
