Neil Johnson's got an example on his site:

Actually, it's two examples really. See the schematic for details.

I think that covers it. We've got SSM2164-based VCOs, VCFs, VCAs, envelopes, and LFOs. I'm sure we could do voltage-controlled lag or portamento too. Anything else unmissable I've forgotten?
