[sdiy] How's "vintagemusicgear" (ebay) of "mr. mark's music store" for parts ?

Hey list, don't normally as about sellers but this one has me intrigued.

I'm wondering if anybody has dealt with this outfit before and if they are  a company with integrity.
The reason I ask is because I want to buy a populated board from a monosynth (for CEM's) 
at "a reasonable price" but they are not able to confirm the parts are even present let alone working.


Btw,they sell parts of cannabilized synths , enclosures, panels, end-cheeks etc. , all in "as is" condition.(translation: stay away !))
They suggest or even require that you send in your "defective" board in exchange and some cash for the "upgrade".
Sounds like a great way to acquire CEM's to me, ..very suspicious.

What do you all think ?

I hope my suspicions are wrong and they are a great resource.
