What is wrong with Timothy Taylor Landlord  , rather than IPA?

Madonna gets it buy the barrel... and I am sure she is not into EE...

Just the water to clean should be fine. I use warm tap followed by a 
> distiller rinse. Paper towel pat then canned air. The fan idea is a

To this I would add the following:

Use a "retired" toothbrush to scrub the solderside under the tap.  Works
great, doesn't scratch anything, and leaves no residue.  (I use them with
IPA as well, although I've been thinking lately that cleaning PC boards is a
terrible waste of India Pale Ale.)
