Just the water to clean should be fine. I use warm tap followed by a distiller rinse. Paper towel pat then canned air. The fan idea is a nice touch. May have to try that to speed up what is now an overnight safety dry period before adding power to anything. California is pretty dry so this has always worked for me. Best,
