[sdiy] Recommend an EPROM programmer?

Yeah, lots of good options so far.  I have used Xeltek before. One was 
great, one blew up. I think that web page is probably out of date.

Certainly the Canadian one looks like a good deal, however I find it odd 
that people talk in his forums about "upgrading" to one of the low tier 
Wellon VP models.

I love the Galep 5 judging from the specs, but it's pricey. Very obtainable 
in the USA though.

We have an Elnec at work, no idea how we got it as they don't sell in the 
US.  The ISP port on the side is a nice touch.
