[sdiy] Recommend an EPROM programmer?

I'm looking for a good Universal Device programmer that can still program 
some of the old EPROMs.  I think the 12.5v Vpp was pretty common back in the 
day, 21v is probably not necessary.  To make things difficult I want it to 
be resonably modern (USB) as I don't want to hookup a desktop PC for just 
the programmer.  So I'm not looking for a vintage programmer on eBay. 
Preferably from a company still in business if possible.  If you can 
recommend something let me know.
