So you cut it open and took out still good sub-assemblies?

Did the unit come with an 'Organ Donor' card??

So I was purging my room of unnecessary clutter and glanced across the street
to spy a pile of mangled boards and a power supply. Being the curious person I
am I went over to look. I found that the neighbors across the street had
butchered an '80s Yamaha electric organ. I stood there and fumed about "How
could the uncultured morons do such a thing to an instrument?" for a few minutes
and then calmed down, went back inside and grabbed a screwdriver.

I scored:
2 3.5 octave keyboards
1 1 octave pedal board
1 swell pedal
1 9 inch dual spring reverb tank
1 power supply of unknown output (for now at least)
3 circuit boards chock full of old chips
a shitload of wire.

two of the keys on one of the keyboards are broken and need to be replaced and
one of the pedals is in need of a bit of repair. A small price to pay for that
haul.
