Ok, how many do you need and what is your target budget?

If you look at the Behringer my guess is that they have put the
encoders and LEDs directly on the PCB and not using individual
"encoder+LED" modules - my guess being based on the low price that
these BCR-2000 are being sold at in the UK.  Unless someone has one of
these and cares to pop it open and photograph the internals!
