[sdiy] ExpressPCB to gerber for $

I have a PCB that I would like redrawn. It is currently in ExpressPCB 
format. I would like to get it redrawn in Gerber format. Does anyone 
here have experience with this?
If you do have experience with this and would be interested in doing a 
redraw, please give me a cost estimate.
