The HN1B01FUGR is a dual (PNP/NPN) transitor in an SOT6 package.
It doesn't say anything in the datasheet about matching so I'm not sure 
if the Vbe of hfe are matched. From what I recall it's harder to match a 
PNP and NPN on the same wafer.

There are reels of 3000 of these for sale on ebay for $15, so if anyone 
knows if they are at all matched I'd be interested to hear. They could 
be useful for things like the CV input on the minimoog VCF if the Vbe is 
matched.
