Howdy,

 Why do we hvae "issues"? They used to be called "problems". Problems require a solution. "Issues" require a subsciption fee. I once told this to the executive director at the coliseum doing my "chief engineer/operations manager role. Being a good ole boy from Texas in his late 60s, and having directed public venues all over the wold, he said to me, "Finally, after all these years, someone knows the difference". Weird.
