Most OLD (closed box ) commercial do not and lots of people dont know
and wouldn't care either because its the sooouuound that matters, you know,
the difference between a fat saw and a non fat saw. :-Z

And you can do like Doepfer did by using wrong reference chip
and get lots of problems.
