I need to change both channel A and B jacks.
The seems double switching  jack plug

I've a possible substitute found in an old (and dead) italian unnamed
synth, but sincerely I don't like black plastic .

do you a precise name for them?

place to buy it?

4) schematics of the poles?

from sq10 schematics:

plug A is normalled to the B tip
with signal  switched when inserting the plug

the inverse is for jack B
