[sdiy] new Gristleizer kit. Is there a forum?

I built the new Gristleizer kit from Endagered Audio (I have one  of the
original V1 PCBs) and am having some issues. The product info is here:

I'm not getting any sound (or at least very *quiet* sound) when it's on
and the LED is not flashing but stays on all the time. I was hoping there
might be a forum or thread somewhere on building this where i could get
some pointers (or hopefully someone here may have built one?)

I have pics of the populated PCB and such. I'm sure it's something small
but damned if I can figure it out.

Any/all help appreciated!
