-> might you can use two pole 6 positions rotary switch where one pole switch the octaves other pole change the HF comp. resistor (with a temporary trimmer the proper values have to be figured out beforehand ...)

as there would be no positive control voltages.
-> might you can add -5...-10 V (as required) to a summing stage in the CV circuit
