Solved (finally). There is a tiny Phillips screw on the joystick
assembly that clamps the shaft of the pot. Loosen it, put
everything in neutral position, turn the shaft until the Mono is
in tune, tighten down the screw and you're done. On mine, that's
when the voltage on pin 6 of ICc4 is about +1.21 V.
So it probably wasn't the aging of the components, just a
mechanical problem.
