[sdiy] Fixed Filter Bank (907 and 914-Style)

I plan to make PCBs for a modern version of these classic filter banks.
You can either use real inductors, or low-noise GIC inductance simulations.
You will need 2 PCBs for a 10-Band version (907), or 3 PCBs for a 14-Band version (914).

PCB will have on-board power supply, or can run from +/-15V or +/-12V DC.

You can choose between classic discrete driver and summing amp, or opamp driver and summing amp.
