Actually I was looking at some PLL - or, more basically, ring
oscillators lately, and thought it might be fun to have a fairly long
ring with some resistors 'skipping steps' here and there. A sort of
resonator.
for example if there's a ring oscillator with 7 flip flops:
1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 -> 5 -> 6 -> 7 -> 1
and then you can have pots going from 1 to 3 with a small cap, 2 to 4,
5 to 1, etc. Wonder what would happen!
