Hi Damian et al

They are almost always made on demand. It is a printed process so pretty easy to make although the graphic can take a bit to produce. The size can range hugely - biggest I've played with so far is 15"x15" and the tightest trace and space is 20 thou, although they process is always shrinking. The resistance can also be controlled. The substrate is usually mylar sheet but other bases can and have been used. 

If you have an idea of how you want to use it and the sizes, I can get quotes organised.
