Perhaps I can add www.sensitronics.com and www.sytek-ent.com/products/fsrs.htm into the mix*.

I came across Sensitronics whilst looking for a sensing material for my fretless bass project.

*I should at this point declare that I consult to sensitronics and Sytek, or rather their customers, for electronics and software, although you'll find this out if you root round the sensitronics website.
