By the way I am no manufacturer, I am just a hobbyist. I am not selling 
modules
and may be that's why I may give figures and measures ;-)

Yes Ian , you are very right I just made a mixup when I selected the 
column in the spreadsheet.
We end up  with 2600ppm/K. Anyway this was an unique set of measurements 
on a single VCO
prototype laying on the workbench. I should repeat these measurements 
someday on many VCOS
(I have six of them) mounted in the modular cabinet.
