Seems we've got a winner! So the right keyword for google to find
those is 'circular bargraph'.... makes a lot of sense... bars that are
circular ... right? Never seen circular bars? Me either. The Chinese
never cease to amaze me.
tricolor (r/g/y), 15 leds, size just right for a knob... but maybe not
wide enough angle, only 1.16 pi radians (210 degrees):
