Can this be for tuning (trimming) the higher frequencies?

Judging from the demos, it's one of the few really ph4t VCO designs
I've heard in a long time, and the only one I know of that can be made
new with available schematics! (the other one is the M5, but I don't
see any schematics anywhere let alone nice board layouts like on
yusynth..)
