I'm sure Yves could answer that for you as he designed it. He answers his emails usually very quickly and is very helpful if you get stuck somewhere.

Yes , there is a little picture of my module . It shows the thermal bonding of the hand matched transistors.

I think that LM394 and the OPA2137 precision op-amp is a bit more than your usual TL074 but hey it's a VCO ... and precision is required , right. You can save some money by going straight for the matched BC547s . I really don't know how much the total cost of one module was. It's been a while.
Definitely worth building one or eight :) !
