[sdiy] fast opamp with low offset

I'm looking for an opamp (preferably a dual) with low input voltage offset
but a high slew rate.  So far, all the opamps I find with very low offset
also have very low slew rates (like OP-07 or LT1013).  The LF412 has
reasonably small offset (typically 1mV) and reasonably high slew rate
(15V/us), but I'm wondering if there is anything better which won't break
the bank.

Any suggestions heartily appreciated!
