See if this happens when you route midi from your a33 to your pc, and
then with MIDI-OX to the juno 106.
It might be that the signal isn't 'strong' enough, e.g. too long rise
times. (same reason as why you can only chain so many midi devices
with midi thru)
The optocoupler in the 106 might have aged. Replacing it might help,
but it would be wise to do some additional tests with an oscilloscope
before butchering an old synth.
