[sdiy] Looking for Midi->CV

Hi,

I currently use a MOTM-650 for all my MIDI->CV needs, but I'm looking  
to add another small portable unit. I'm going to use it to control  
some old Moog, Korg, Yamaha monophonic synths. I could not find one  
that fits all my needs, so I'm looking for advice:

- Preferably USB, but DIN midi okay.
- Portable (USB powered would be great).
- Switchable V/oct or V/Hz output. (So 16 bit CV-out is needed?)
- 1 or 2 channels.
- CV out, Gate out, Aux (velocity, etc) out.
- DIY ok.
