[sdiy] making stuff with single supply OPAMPS?

I have found the TS912 opamp to be great for single rail designs.
It swings rail-rail so even with +9V you will still get approx. 8.9V
of signal pk-pk.
They are also quite inexpensive when compared with other R-Rs like
those available from AD.
